🛠 Data corrections (top priority)
Spotted a wrong spec, price, or support date? Tell us the phone and the issue — include a source link if you have one. Accuracy is our entire brand, so corrections are handled before anything else, usually within days.
💬 Questions & suggestions
Want a phone added to the database, a feature improved, or a comparison covered? We add phones weekly and read every message.

What makes a correction easy to act on
Support dates are the figures people write in about most, and they are also the ones where sources disagree. If you are reporting one, the single most useful thing you can include is a link to the manufacturer's own support or policy page. A news article reporting a policy is second best; a forum post or a screenshot of a spec aggregator is difficult for us to verify and usually can't be actioned on its own.
It also helps to name the exact model and variant. Phones sold under the same name often differ by region — a 4G and a 5G version can carry different chipsets and, occasionally, different update commitments. Where we know a model has meaningfully different variants, the review says so.
Requesting a phone we don't cover
We add phones to the database regularly, and requests genuinely influence what gets prioritised — if several people ask about the same model, it moves up. Bear in mind that being in the database and having a review page are two different things: the database records every phone's support window, while a review page is only published where we have written a real opinion on the phone. More on that distinction.
What we can't help with
We are not a repair service, a retailer or a carrier, so we can't help with warranty claims, order status, unlocking, or diagnosing a specific faulty handset. For a phone that is misbehaving, our guides on slow phones, battery drain and overheating cover the common causes, but anything beyond that belongs with the manufacturer.
Response times
This is a small independent site, not a newsroom, so replies are not instant. Data corrections are handled first and usually within a few days. Feature suggestions and general questions are read but may not get an individual reply. Requests to buy placement, links or coverage are not answered — see the editorial policy for why.
